How to prepare for your consultation
COME WITH A CLEAN FACE
To make the most of our time together and accurately assess your skin's needs, we kindly request that you arrive with a clean face, allowing us to observe your skin in its natural state. Don't forget to bring a list of your current skincare products, as it will assist us in recommending a personalized plan tailored specifically for you.
THE NEXT FEW DAYS
Focus on hydration and nourishing the skin with products including vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, peptides, ceramides, and restorative ingredients. Avoid wearing makeup, direct sunlight, exfoliating products (retinol, vitamin A, scrubs), hot showers/saunas, and working out for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
WHEN TO REBOOK
Treatments should be booked every 4-6 weeks. Neurotoxin and dermal fillers can be done two weeks before/after service. Stop using exfoliants (retinol, scrubs, etc) 2-7 days before the next treatment.
