Zoie’s Story

Growing up, I battled with persistent acne, tirelessly experimenting with numerous products and treatments that yielded minimal results. However, this journey of frustration ignited a deep fascination with the complexities of the skin. When I learned that being an esthetician was an actual career, I had the lightbulb moment you’ve all heard about, and I knew this was what I was meant to do! In a heartbeat, I enrolled in classes at Paul Mitchell and mustered the courage to leave my hometown for the first time.

Immersing myself in 750 hours of comprehensive training and education, I delved into the intricate skincare world. Equipped with a profound understanding of EVERYTHING skin, I returned home with a burning desire to share my knowledge and expertise with those in need. Wichita has always been 10 years behind larger cities in all regards, and skin care being one of them, is something I could finally change! The years I spent feeling insecure and disheartened due to the lack of professional help is an experience I wish upon no one.

This inspired the birth of The Skin Studio—a place where we strive to bridge the gap, revolutionize the local skincare industry, and empower individuals to overcome their skin-related challenges. Together, we can transform insecurities into confidence, frustration into joy, and limited options into boundless possibilities.
