Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my ability to serve my clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the studio. As an aesthetician, I have to limit the number of clients I take in a day to ensure the highest level of quality. I depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.
In order to reserve a spot for you in my schedule I require that you agree to the cancellation policy, as follows:
Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. This means if your appointment is at 2 pm Friday you have until 2 pm sharp Thursday to cancel or reschedule.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show the client’s card on file will be charged a non-refundable inconvenience fee of half the service price, with no exceptions.
